I carry within me the vision of a world in which spirituality, energy work and coaching are a natural part of everyday life – as inspiration, as a source of inner strength and as a path to more conscious action.

If you lovingly address your own defense mechanisms, expectations, prejudices and bad experiences , you can then freely make new decisions that lead to new paths.

Eine leuchtende, orangefarbene Sonne mit Sonnenstrahlen, einem weißen Lichtpunkt in der Mitte und einem Lotus-Symbol am unteren Rand.

The logo on this page depicts a sun, the largest star in the universe, which nourishes us with light and thus makes life possible. It radiates in all directions and does not hold back. It is pure fire. Its radiance reminds me not to hold back, but to share my abilities and ideas with the world.

The lotus symbolizes the elements of earth, water, air, and fire. The lotus grows from the mud, rises through the water (the emotions), and opens to the light—a symbol of development, alignment, and unfolding.

The wave below can represent water, the rhythm of life, or a hand reaching out a lotus. It stands for movement, change, and the conscious flow with life.

Each of these symbols touches me deeply. I thank the fire for allowing me to evolve and grow beyond myself, free from my emotions.

I experience spirituality as an eternal consciousness in which I can endlessly expand and develop. Here, everything is interconnected.

I approach people with respect and openness – knowing that everyone has their own journey and their own form of expression.

I am a divine being encountering divine beings. We are part of the whole.
