1. SCOPE
The following general terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
2. CONTRACTUAL PARTIES, CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT, CORRECTION POSSIBILITIES
The purchase contract is concluded with MURIA e.U.. By placing the products in the online shop, we are making a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction options provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded by clicking the order button, with which you accept our offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. As soon as you have sent your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail.
3. CONTRACT LANGUAGE, CONTRACT TEXT STORAGE
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is English.
4. TERMS OF DELIVERY
Delivery costs are added to the displayed product prices. The shipping costs are explained in the individual product offers. We only ship in transit; Pick-up is not possible. We do not deliver to packing stations. When shipping to a non-EU country, there may be additional taxes or costs (such as customs duties) on your order that will not be paid or invoiced by us, but reported by you directly to the appropriate customs officials - or Tax authorities are payable to be paid. Please contact the relevant authorities for details.
5. PAYMENT
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Credit card
In the ordering process you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
PayPal
In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
Apple Pay
In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA ("Apple"), you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with Apple, and have the Apple Pay function activated , identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
6. RESERVATION OF TITLE
The goods remain our property until full payment.
7. DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
If the goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about the defect to the transport company and notify us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no effect whatsoever on your statutory rights and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurer.
8. WARRANTY AND GUARANTEES
We have a legal obligation to supply products that comply with this contract. For consumers, the statutory warranty rights apply under the law of the state in which the consumer has his habitual residence. Information on any additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the product and, if necessary, on special information pages in the shop. Complaints can be directed by consumers and entrepreneurs to our contact details given in the supplier identification. If you make use of your warranty rights and we deem it necessary to return the goods in order to examine your complaint, you must return the goods at our expense to the address given above. We undertake to respond to any complaint without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days of its submission.
9. LIABILITY

This does not apply to training courses and seminars, as these are not subject to the trade regulations.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
